Levi Planelles 997ff4d64d feat: Enhance Dolibarr project management dashboard with new features and scripts 
- Updated README.md to include detailed project description, features, installation steps, and troubleshooting tips.
- Added new scripts for seeding test projects via API and direct connection to Dolibarr.
- Introduced a diagnostic script to check the status of Dolibarr and Next.js services.
