Levi Planelles 88781f5094 feat: add task seeding script and update dependencies 
- Introduced a new script `seed-tasks.js` to create test tasks for Dolibarr projects.
- Updated `package.json` and `package-lock.json` to include new Radix UI components and TanStack Table.
- Added TypeScript types for tasks in `types/task.ts`.
- Enhanced project task management with new task templates and improved task creation logic.
